Dutchess County is for fans and players.

Visitors, fans and participants love its individual and team activities.

Their Triple A  Baseball team – the Hudson Valley Renegades – is the 2017 New York-Penn League Champion.

The Women’s Roller Derby league – the Hudson Valley Horrors – competes against teams throughout the state and region.

The Walkway Marathon is a favorite race for runners interested in qualifying for the New York City Marathon, the largest annual marathon in the world.

NCAA College Sports in Dutchess County

The Marist “Red Foxes” play Division I Sports in the Metro Atlantic Conference (MAC).

The Bard “Raptors” and Vassar “Brewers” play Division III Sports in the Liberty League.

Bard and Vassar both compete in the Men’s United Volleyball Conference.
