Richard (Dick) Stone heads the company and has assembled a team of veteran executives in sports, entertainment, marketing and management.
Dick Stone worked at NBC and HBO before joining ESPN for 13 years to design, launch and manage their international networks throughout Latin America, including those based in Brazil, Argentina and Mexico. He served on the Board of Managers of ESPN do Brasil (a joint venture with one of Brazil’s largest media groups) and oversaw Canada. He was a creative force behind the start-up and launch of ONE World Sports in the USA and Canada via cable, satellite, telco and broadband. His dynamic knowledge of sports, entertainment, media and changing technology played a key role in his success at those iconic companies. Stone provides Trajectory clients with broad experience in strategic planning and competitive analysis, marketing strategy and tactics, sales team management, budget planning and analysis, and senior management. He holds degrees from Harvard University and the University of California, Los Angeles.
Peter Frame spent 20 years at Home Box Office as Executive Vice President Sales and Marketing. He oversaw the network’s growth from 20,000 to 20 million subscribers, and managed the launch of Cinemax and USA Network. He led the expansion of Time Warner International into Switzerland, Turkey and Australia, where he lived for several years. He worked closely with major global media enterprises and helped establish new media ventures in Asia, Latin America and Europe. For the past ten years Frame has been actively involved in the launch of new networks and enterprises using the full range of emerging technologies. Peter is an articulate strategic thinker and actively involved with non-profit organizations and Broadway initiatives. He is widely known and respected among media industry lions, and has been honored as a Pioneer in Cable by the National Cable Television Association. Frame holds degrees from Middlebury College, Boston University and Columbia University.
Tom Oliver has worked at the cutting edge of entertainment and technology for more than 25 years. He held senior corporate and operating positions with the following companies as they launched, grew and inspired others: Home Box Office, Cinemax, USA Network and DMX Music (the forerunner to SiriusXM and Pandora). He has been actively involved with the start-up and launch of companies that weave technology and entertainment into seamless consumer experiences, as revenue models continue to evolve. Tom has deep roots in collegiate and professional sports. He has maintained close decades-long working relationships with peers who now play key roles and hold senior positions at the crossroads of entertainment and technology. He understands boardroom dynamics. Oliver is a graduate of Bowdoin College has been honored as a Pioneer in Cable by the National Cable Television Association.
